1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Lazrbeam ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Platform.
2. Description of Service
Lazrbeam is a sales intelligence platform designed for CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) brands. Our services include buyer discovery, contact unlocking, AI-generated sales content, and strategic planning tools.
3. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
- You must be at least 18 years old to use the Platform.
- One person or entity may not maintain more than one account.
4. Subscriptions and Billing
- Paid plans are billed monthly. Prices are listed on our Pricing page.
- Monthly unlock credits reset each billing period and do not roll over.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues through the end of your current billing period.
- Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 7 days of a charge for refund requests.
- We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days' notice.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose
- Resell, redistribute, or share buyer contact data obtained through the Platform
- Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Platform
- Send spam or unsolicited bulk communications using contact data from the Platform
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or our systems
- Use the Platform in a way that could damage, disable, or impair the service
6. AI-Generated Content
- AI-generated content (sell sheets, emails, reports, etc.) is provided as a starting point and should be reviewed before use.
- Lazrbeam does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or effectiveness of AI-generated content.
- You are responsible for any content you send to buyers or retailers, including AI-generated content.
- AI-generated content is for your business use and may not be resold as a standalone service.
7. Contact Data
- Buyer contact information is sourced from publicly available and licensed databases.
- While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee that all contact information is current or correct.
- You agree to use contact data in compliance with applicable laws, including CAN-SPAM, GDPR, and CCPA where applicable.
8. Intellectual Property
The Lazrbeam platform, including its design, features, and underlying technology, is owned by Lazrbeam. You retain ownership of any brand information you provide and content generated for your use.
9. Limitation of Liability
Lazrbeam is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting support.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify you of material changes via email.
